Very nice staff, we were heading back to Holland from a trip to the Nurburgring and we just went in and asked if we could get a table. Very friendly staff who work quick but not rushed, it was quite busy but the two gentlemen had everything under control. Kitchen and staff seemed to work great together. We had 2 pizzas and a pasta Carbonara which all tasted very good. Would recommend!

Overbearing and unfriendly welcome I was greeted with the words, "Do you want food or drink? Because if you only want something to drink, it will not hurt me! " Madness. I almost dropped my jaw. When I said that I wanted to eat something, but the welcome was not very friendly, I was greeted with a sack and the answer that I should not be so sensitive. I've never really experienced something like that. I have been here many times, but will never come back! Customer service? Does not need this store probably. Too bad.

The Serenissima is furnished with great attention to detail in the historic building. You feel right at home. In addition to the tidy menu, there are selected changing daily specials. Definitely recommended!

My favorite Italians - delicious food. Class instead of mass and with a special twist in the preparation. Yes - as a repeat customer you come home. Highly recommended.

Without words. After waiting 1 hour and the wrong dish, I only asked "how long it would take". What happened next, no basis of gastronomy. The boss yelled at me outside in front of all the guests! Conclusion: long waiting times, choleric host. Zero stars!
